Nancy Williamson, Esq.

Estate Planning is a personal process.  The decisions that need to be made are complex, and are directly related to the most important concern in your life – the health and well being of your loved ones.

I began my career working in the social work field, so I have a strong knowledge of family dynamics.  This background makes me more compassionate and understanding with respect to the concerns and dreams of families.

I decided to attend law school because I witnessed, first hand, the need for legal services.  I graduated from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  During law school, I worked at law firms, and volunteered at legal organizations, such as the Senior Legal Hotline.  I opened my own office because I recognized the need for affordable and personalized legal services.

I am a member of the State Bar of California, Trusts and Estates Section, President of the Silicon Valley Society of Financial Service Professionals, and a member and on the Secretary of the Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council
